Test the full distribution path

A picking demonstration is not enough. Use representative orders to test where inventory, instructions and exceptions change hands.

    Receive what actually arrived

    Compare the expected item and quantity with the physical receipt, then record discrepancies before put-away.

    Place stock where work can find it

    Assign or confirm the warehouse location and any hold, lot, batch or item-identification rule your operation requires.

    Pick against a clear instruction

    Direct the worker to the right location and require the checks needed for item and quantity accuracy.
